Emps are the digital representations of contestants or participants in a TV show or competition. An emp is a unit representation of a contestant tradable.

Each contestant can have thousands or millions of units of emps for each event circle. The prices and number of emps are determined at the start of a trading season but only the number remains the same for the entire event circle.
